2. Internal wear. 3. Deformation and wear (partial wear). Deformation wear refers to the partial wear of the wire rope in a certain section, because the surface of the wire rope caused by oscillation and bumping is damaged. For example, the wire rope on the surface of the drum is hit by other objects, the lifting wire rope of the crane is entangled with each other, the wire rope vibrates and impacts violently on the pulley, or the rope bite phenomenon occurs due to the deflection of the pulley and the center of the drum. This kind of deformation and wear is part of kneading deformation, and the cross section of the steel wire is that the kneading part expands to both sides into a wing shape. From the outside, the width of the steel wire expands, and the cross-sectional area of the steel wire is not significantly reduced, but the material of the steel wire at some kneading places is hardened and extremely Easy to form broken wire.
